Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Rickmansworth
Rate: £12.50ph paid on a weekly basis
Contract Details: Temporary position for 6 weeks. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm ( 5 days in the office )
Start Date: 13th January 2025
Responsibilities:
- Support the customer service team by managing inboxes, answering phone calls, and performing data entry tasks
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
