Are you looking to take your customer service and administration skills to the next level? Are you looking for an exciting new role where no two days are the same?Due to team expansion, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a highly successful organisation. You will be working in a key critical role within the company, liaising between departments to ensure smooth operational running. The role involves communicating with business customers, suppliers and other third parties, resolving delivery orders and being involved with the order process throughout the process. This position requires an individual with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail and some experience within customer service.Duties include:
  • Ensuring all orders are completed to reduce delays
  • Raising purchase orders and delivery notes using systems
  • Completing order administration, checking documentation
  • Keeping clients updated, especially on urgent orders
  • Investigating and resolving any delivery issues, including tracking orders
  • Co-ordinating customer collections with distribution companies
  • Sending quote requests to delivery companies and negotiating pricing
  • Liaising with delivery companies, suppliers and customers by phone and emails
  • Updating systems 
Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent IT skills, able to navigate systems quickly
  • Great attention to detail and high levels of organisation
  • A passion for customer services and solving problems 
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks daily
  • Excellent communication skills via email and phone
  • Excellent team player
  • Some experience of order processes would be advantageous
