We are recruiting for a Funding Administrator to join us. This role has come about due to internal progression. The role of a Network/ Wholesale Funding Advisor is the implementation of administrative procedures to support Manufacturers and Dealer Networks, commercial activity and performance through the provision of various funding facilities, whilst managing and protecting the interests of Mobilize Financial Services.

What will you do:

  • Maintain the integrity of the Wholesale Funding System (Credit Reseau) and ensure that transactions relating to the dealer network and manufacturers are processed on a timely and accurate basis
  • Daily process to ensure that the Manufacturers receive prompt payment for new invoices relating to Dealer New Vehicle stocking
  • Processing, recording and taking actions as a result of dealer stock audits that are carried out by external auditors
  • Strictly apply departmental policies and procedures to protect MFS risk
  • Action ad-hoc Anti Money Laundering checks
  • Respond to regular ad-hoc dealer queries
  • Processing the appointment and termination of Alliance dealers
  • Monitor and assist where dealers are under enhanced controls

What will you have:

  • Capable of working efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised, structured and accurate in approach to daily tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven experience in high volume, transaction based environment
  • Confident Excel user
