Are you looking to join a brilliant and exciting company where you will be offered large scale projects with variety? Are you from a Manufacturing background with experience in Production Planning?

This company are leading the way for workspace software and technologies. With a global client base they are looking for a Materials Controller to lead the Logistics Team team of this expanding and growing international company.

In this role you will act as second in command of the Logistics & Production Team displaying your data driven insight skills, dealing with suppliers, taking customer orders, raising purchase orders and reporting transactions of product shipment. You will also be involved in product running and reporting, production planning and maintenance of inventory.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Materials Controller/Production Planner from a manufacturing background also obtaining excellent communication and organisational skills. You will need to be data driven with an understanding of ERP/ MRP production control systems and be happy to get stuck in and be hands on when needed. It is a 5 day per week office role. Production planning experience is essential.

The Person:

  • Experienced Materials Controller/Production Planner from a manufacturing background
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Data-driven with knowledge of ERP/MRP production control systems
  • Willing to take a hands-on approach when required
  • Full-time, 5 days per week office-based role
