Incident Support Analyst

Contract - Inside IR35

Hybrid - Rickmansworth

£150 - £200pd Inside IR35

The IS Support Analyst will be responsible for managing, analysing and resolving issues, and assisting users with their IT needs, relating to business applications.Track and triage of incoming incidents using ServiceNow. Participate in daily stand-up meeting with relevant development teams to prioritise and progress incident resolution. Perform incident analysis using ServiceNow and Jira to understand common themes and pass relevant issues to the right team. Create and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

You will have proven experience as with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow logical diagnostic processes. Technical knowledge and experience using ServiceNow and Jira. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge. Self-starter with ability to work autonomously responsibly. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
