We are currently recruiting for an Optical Store Manager for a well established opticians based in Rickmansworth. This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate who enjoys dealing with teams in a fast paced environment. You will be the driving force behind the success of the practice ensuring that targets are met and customers & staff are happy! We are looking for the perfect candidate who is looking to grow from their Assistant Manager role, or someone looking for a new managerial challenge!
The Role
- Doing the day to day running of an optical practice
- Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
- Target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward
- Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
- Administration responsibilities and compliance
- Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
- Confident, friendly and organised
- Fast paced environment
