We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Daily Supply Teachers to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting local Primary and Independent schools by providing high quality teaching and maintaining a positive classroom environment. You will have the opportunity to work with pupils of various age groups and abilities, ensuring they receive an engaging and productive educational experience.

Role: Primary Supply Teacher

Phase: Across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas

Pay: £140 to £219 depending on experience and role responsibilities

What Academics and our schools expect from our Primary Supply Teacher:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and adapting them as needed.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Assessing and providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborating with school staff and fellow teachers.
  • Adhering to school policies and procedures (including marking)

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to pupil success.
  • Ability to build positive relationships within schools
  • Able to commute to Rickmansworth and the local areas
