If you are looking to join a company at an exciting time of further expansion, with excellent career prospects, get in touch with us today! In this supply chain role, you will be speaking with existing business customers and suppliers, building relationships, managing client accounts, providing quotes and negotiating pricing. You will have an eye for detail, enjoy multi-tasking and managing your own workload.   Duties include:
  • Developing relationships with business customers and suppliers
  • Managing customer requests and creating quotes
  • Liaising with suppliers, negotiating pricing and establishing terms
  • Researching new products and sourcing new suppliers
  • Taking incoming calls from customers and handling any queries
  • Liaising internally to ensure projects are able to be completed on time
  • Working with other departments to handle order or invoice queries
  • You will enjoy a varied role, working in a busy and vibrant office environment
You will have:
  • Some office experience and a natural instinct for negotiating
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • A passion for completing projects to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate and develop business relationships
  • Confidence using IT systems, including MS Office
