Senior Quantity Surveyor

Full Circle Technical has partnered with one of the leading Design and Build contractors in the water industry looking to grow their Commercial Team due to exponential growth in the Thames Water region. They are looking for no2  Senior Quantity Surveyors to manage and deliver a series of capital delivery projects.

With hybrid working, you will be based out of an office in Rickmansworth although extra flexibility can be considered for the right candidate.

About you:

  • Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor, chartership/ working towards chartership would be advantageous.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience at QS level , ideally have 1-2 years at Senior level too.

  • Demonstrable experience in the Water industry working for Tier 1/ Tier 2 contractors on projects worth over £1m. 

  • Proficiency in the NEC suite of contracts. Although not essential, experience navigating IChemE contracts would be ideal.
