They are currently looking for a Junior Sales Negotiator to be a part of their busy and successful office based in Rickmansworth. They want to give you the chance to learn the specific role of a Junior Negotiator with clear career progression to becoming a senior part of the management team. They are a fun yet hardworking team and have an incredibly low turnover of staff which shows their integrity as employers!

The job role will include:
• Coordination and administration of all sales enquiries• Excellent implementation of sales viewings• Excellent management of feedback and follow up for all viewings• Maintenance and upkeep of Expert Agent office systems• Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities• Generate quality leads and instructions• Ensure that all financial targets are met and exceeded on a monthly basis• Comply with all relevant legislation relating to Anti-Money Laundering• Ensure that all clients; vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, contractors and solicitors receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service• Consistently demonstrate the ability to pre-empt whilst fully understanding customer needs and requirements• Where necessary, step in to assist the Lettings team with enquiries and viewing
Personal specification:
• Natural sales skills that can be developed• Excellent communication skills• Excellent attention to detail• Ability to work within a team as well as with autonomy• Initiative, drive & ambition• Motivation to succeed• Intention to continue with role-specific education and training• IT skills including Microsoft Office• Full UK driving licence and your own car.
The package for this role will include a basic salary of up to ÂŁ18,000, with on target earnings of c. ÂŁ26,000 in your first year. A mileage allowance will be paid. Our client will support and pay the costs for relevant qualifications and career development.
You will be working a 5 day week, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm with a day off in lieu.
