We have a new opportunity available for an experienced Office Administrator / Assistant to join an established construction company in their Lidlington office.
This role will suit an Administrator with experience working in a small office or company environment. Ideally, you will be living close to Lidlington and have transport. Any previous experience working in the construction industry would be an advantage.
Duties will Include:

Maintaining vehicle maintenance and service logs

Checking purchase invoices against delivery dockets and prices

Raising purchase invoice queries with suppliers and following up to resolution

Purchasing
-
Chasing up delivery dockets from sites
-
Maintaining CHAS, SMAS, and Constructionline accreditation
-
Completion of PQQ forms
-
Maintaining training matrix
-
Booking flights, accommodation, etc

Receiving and checking deliveries

Answering telephone
-
Assisting with payroll
-
Ad hoc duties as required

Working Hours

Monday to Friday inclusive

8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm

Lunch break of 1 hour
A salary in the range of 35,000 to 38,000, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
