Hygiene Team Leader

Position Type: Permanent

Shift: Day shifts, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Join our client dedicated team at a leading food manufacturing site, committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene. We are currently seeking a Hygiene Team Leader to manage and oversee hygiene operations at our client's facility.

Hygiene Operative Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 hygiene operatives to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Implement and maintain effective cleaning procedures in line with company policies.
  • Utilise and manage cleaning chemicals safely, adhering to COSHH regulations.
  • Monitor and deliver results that meet our food safety and hygiene objectives.
  • Train and support team hygiene operatives to enhance their skills and performance.

Hygiene Operative Qualifications:

  • Basic food hygiene and COSHH qualifications.
  • Proven experience in a team leader role within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
  • Experience in using cleaning chemicals and understanding their applications.
