Travel Required: Over 50% (UK and international)
Service Engineer Role:
An exciting opportunity to provide technical support, repairs, installations, and training for high-tech equipment. As a Service Engineer, you will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Service Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via helpdesk, email, and site visits.
- Diagnose, repair, and test faulty equipment.
- Install and train customers on equipment use.
- Maintain databases and promote service sales.
Service Engineer Required Skills & Experience:
- HNC/HND in mechanical/electrical subject or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with tools, wiring, test equipment, and engineering drawings.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
