We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Ringwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.Role Overview:

As an Accounts Senior, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting services, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, while also supporting junior staff.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review year-end accounts and financial statements for a varied client base.Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate and personal tax.Provide bookkeeping support and assist with financial reporting.Liaise with clients to address queries and offer professional advice on accounting matters.Collaborate with team members on projects and contribute to the overall success of the firm.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and deadlines.Mentor and support junior staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

ACCA/ACA qualified or part qualified (or equivalent).Proven experience in an accountancy practice, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
