Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to join a small but successful finance team? We are working on behalf of a well-established charity based in Hampshire, seeking a proactive and skilled Finance Assistant to support operations and contribute to continued growth of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers
- General bookkeeping duties to ensure accurate financial records
- Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- A positive and proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
