Operations Support Administrator - £24,000 - Ringwood

Our Client is looking for an Operations Support Administrator to join their busy team! This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth operations. If you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with a diverse team, we encourage you to apply.

• Dealing with administration of new customer surveys• Scanning and uploading of all surveyor paperwork• Working with Building Control related administration• Dealing with variation of contract paperwork• Communicating survey-related issues with customers and answering questions.• Other administration tasks involved with the processing of the customer's order• Supporting the Installation Manager and service engineers• Working with the customer to arrange dates for their installation• Booking Installations according to the fitting teams schedules• Liaising with the fitting team on the day of installation to confirm the work is complete• Work with the contracts team for final payments• Order any additional parts or stock items required to complete the instillation• Book service engineers, surveyors, or quality control visits as appropriate• Record and upload relevant paperwork work on customer files• Keep customers updated on progress at all times and answer any relevant queries and questions

Hours are Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:30pm with an hour for lunchJob Types: Full-time, Temp - Perm / PermSalary: From £24,000.00 per year
