Salary: £12.00 per hour + Commission

Role Overview:
This is a term time position so no working during school holiday!
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join their passionate Sales Team. Based in Ringwood, you will be the first point of contact for schools interested in life-changing expeditions. You will connect with teachers and school staff, inspiring them with our clients vision and guiding them through their initial journey with our client.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to schools via phone and email to generate new leads.
- Schedule and book meetings for the regional sales team with prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximise lead conversion and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads within our CRM system.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with schools, inspiring them to embark on unforgettable educational journeys.
