Inbound Sales Executive

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Salary: Up to 拢35,000 per annum, plus bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 5.30pm (some weekend work required)

Based in Ringwood, our client operates 24/7 emergency support for domestic and commercial customers with any drainage issues. Due to continued success, they are looking for a Customer Service / Sales professional to join their friendly, fast-paced team. Their continued success in their industry means exciting opportunities for employees!

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will be required to schedule appointments via call/email/chat for drainage experts to resolve customer drainage issues.

Main Responsibilities:

路 Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

路 Dealing with enquiries from customers via incoming calls/email/webchat.

路 Managing multiple tasks, i.e. multiple web chat conversations at the same time

路 Diary management / scheduling appointments.

路 Speaking with Drainage Engineers to arrange the callout to the customer.

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills/experience:

路 Previous experience working within a fast-paced sales or customer service environment.

路 Some previous experience in scheduling appointments or managing diaries for Engineer callouts.

路 Background working as a tradesman or dealing with tradesman (not essential).

路 Excellent organisational and communication skills.

路 Self-sufficient and proactive.
