Job Title - Sales Executive - Domestic Solar Installations
Their Purpose - A fast growing, Renewable Energy and Electrical Contracting Client who specialise in the bespoke design and installation of Solar PV and electrical systems for domestic and commercial environments on a national scale. They are going through exponential growth in the sector so a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing team.
Location & flexibility - Office based, Hampshire.
Salary & Benefits - Up to £28k base + Competitive commission (up to £2,500/month achievable)
About the Job:
The sales executive will play a crucial role in helping homeowners transition to solar energy by providing tailored solutions and a seamless sales experience. You will be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of domestic clients, ensuring each interaction reflects the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. This role requires a team player with energy, drive and an authentic passion for renewables.
- You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offer solar solutions that best meet their requirements.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with the opportunity to earn a competitive commission on each installation completed.
- Provide excellent customer service through the sales process, fostering long-term relationships and positive client experienced.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM systems.
About you:
- Prior experience in solar, renewables or related industry.
- Strong B2C sales background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- A self-starter, with high energy, vibrancy and a genuine drive to succeed in sales.
- Team-orientate mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and support others in the company.
