Job Description
Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled CMM Inspector with experience in PC-DMIS to perform detailed inspections of CNC components, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Company Overview: We provide complex machined components and sub-assemblies to industries like Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Defence, Marine, Automotive, and Medical.
CMM Inspector (PC-DMIS) - Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS
- Inspect CNC components per technical specifications and AS9100/ISO 9001 standards
- Use inspection tools (CMMs, micrometers, verniers, etc.)
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD files
- Conduct First-Off and Final Inspections
- Complete inspection reports (e.g., FAIRs) and manage document control
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of PC-DMIS experience
- Positive, adaptable attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
