- Oversee multiple projects from planning to completion, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and clear communication.
- Work closely with office teams, site staff, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Conduct monthly site and / or client calls, ensuring work is progressing as planned and addressing any issues.
- Provide leadership and support to site teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Bring new ideas to improve efficiency, processes, and service delivery.
- Be highly visible and accountable, taking full ownership of project outcomes.

- Proven project management experience, ideally from either the construction, fire or safety contracting space.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads efficiently.

- Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
