- Logging service calls via the phone, email or customer portals
- Processing these calls when they are completed in order to raise any required invoices
- Providing updates to customers on ETAs and the completion of jobs
- Acting as a point of contact to address and answer any customer queries or information requests
- Giving exceptional administrative support to senior members of the team and management
- Communicating with both customers and technicians about work
- Providing customers with quotations for any additional work requested or required
- Gaining and acting upon customer feedback as needed
- Have sufficient experience within customer service and administration
- Possess excellent telephone and communication skills
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
