Full-Time Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: 11.55ph
Location: Ringwood
Shifts: Wednesday to Sunday every week (Saturday and Sunday mandatory)
Working Hours: 8.5-hour shifts between 9:30am and 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling incoming customer queries across multiple contact channels
  • Addressing escalated queries and ensuring timely resolution
  • Representing the company brand through all customer communications
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Taking ownership of customer journeys, resolving cases with personalised solutions
  • Acting as the first point of contact for complaints and escalating them as needed
  • Providing accurate, up-to-date advice and information to customers

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver high-level customer care
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to tackle challenges head-on
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
