NET Recruit are partnering with a services business to recruit a Customer Service Advisor in Ringwood.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Logging service calls via the phone, email or customer portals
  • Processing these calls when they are completed in order to raise any required invoices
  • Providing updates to customers on ETAs and the completion of jobs
  • Acting as a point of contact to address and answer any customer queries or information requests
  • Giving exceptional administrative support to senior members of the team and management
  • Communicating with both customers and technicians about work
  • Providing customers with quotations for any additional work requested or required
  • Gaining and acting upon customer feedback as needed

  • Have sufficient experience within customer service and administration
  • Possess excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
