Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: 11.55ph
Location: Ringwood
Shifts: Wednesday to Sunday every week (Saturday and Sunday mandatory)
Working Hours: 8.5-hour shifts between 9:30am and 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling incoming customer queries across multiple contact channels
- Addressing escalated queries and ensuring timely resolution
- Representing the company brand through all customer communications
- Managing customer accounts
- Taking ownership of customer journeys, resolving cases with personalised solutions
- Acting as the first point of contact for complaints and escalating them as needed
- Providing accurate, up-to-date advice and information to customers
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred
- Proven ability to deliver high-level customer care
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to tackle challenges head-on
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to engage with customers via phone, email, and social media
- Self-motivated and proactive
