Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: 11.55 per hour OR 14.55 PER HOUR for the Out of Hours role 10pm to 8am
Location: Ringwood
Shifts: 5 days a week (Wednesday to Sunday, weekends mandatory)
Shift Times: 8.5-hour shifts between 8am and 10pm

WHAT'S THE ROLE?
Join a vibrant Customer Contact Centre where you'll handle a range of customer interactions - from booking queries to memberships and special event inquiries. Your mission? To make sure every customer experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Ensuring top-tier service is maintained to meet team targets.
  • Managing membership accounts and handling customer feedback.
  • Delivering clear and friendly communication.
  • Collaborating with different departments to find the best solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Centre roles is a plus.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care.
  • Calm and adaptable under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills across all channels.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and a true team player.
