Salary: c £26kpa, Bonus/Commission taking the salary up to £30k after your first year

Our client is a well established, thriving business who distribute a high number of different products across various different sectors. These range from basics to luxury items.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with regular existing clients and developing relationships with new clients
- Working alongside an external field sales person who goes out and wins new business and sees customers
- Answering incoming calls from clients and providing assistance with orders.
- Providing quotations to clients in a timely manner, understanding their needs, and helping them understand the full range of products on offer.
- Making recommendations to customers when they need help.
- Receiving and processing orders through a bespoke system.
- Liaising with the stock team regarding orders and deliveries and ensure products are delivered to customers on time.

Minimum Experience Required:
- Previous experience within customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident use of Microsoft systems
