Our client is a well established, thriving business who distribute a high number of different products across various different sectors. These range from basics to luxury items.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with regular existing clients and developing relationships with new clients
  • Working alongside an external field sales person who goes out and wins new business and sees customers
  • Answering incoming calls from clients and providing assistance with orders.
  • Providing quotations to clients in a timely manner, understanding their needs, and helping them understand the full range of products on offer.
  • Making recommendations to customers when they need help.
  • Receiving and processing orders through a bespoke system.
  • Liaising with the stock team regarding orders and deliveries and ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
Minimum Experience Required:
  • Previous experience within customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident use of Microsoft systems
