Sonic Summary

Hybrid Customer Service Agents are needed for a temporary contract lasting up to 3 months in Ringwood.
The position offers a pay rate of £11.55 per hour plus the potential for a monthly bonus of up to £300.
Candidates must have previous customer service experience and be able to meet clear targets.
Initial training will take place on-site for the first 2-3 weeks, followed by a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Sunday.
A full driving license is desirable but not essential for this role.

HYBRID CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WANTED
TEMPORARY CONTRACT - UP TO 3 MONTHS
11.55 p/h - PLUS up to 300 monthly bonus
Location: Ringwood - Initial 2-3 weeks on-site training required
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 7pm; Saturday 8:30am to 5pm; Sunday 9am to 5pm. Shifts are on a rotating pattern with 2 weeks' advance notice.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
Achieve the required call quality standards
Meet the specified sales targets
Maintain productivity targets

Experience Required:

Essential: Previous customer service experience, including experience delivering against clear targets
Desirable: Telesales and/or call centre experience
Desirable: Full driving license
