Hybrid Working Customer Service Advisor

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)

Hourly Rate: 11.55 - 14.55 per hour (dependent on shifts)

Hours of work: 40 hours per week (Day and Night Shifts Available)

Our client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Service Advisor to join their thriving multi-channel Contact Centre. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Drive sales: Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximise revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through a customer-centric approach.
  • Process orders: Efficiently place customer orders and address enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards: Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
