About the Role:

You'll be supporting students aged 11-16 with special educational needs, including Autism. Working closely with our expert teaching staff, you'll assist in the classroom and participate in outdoor activities like Bushcraft and life skills, playing a key role in the academic and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support, ensuring students' safety and well-being.
  • Help students achieve goals outlined in their Education and Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
  • Implement positive behaviour management techniques tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, accidents, and health and safety matters.
  • Encourage teamwork and foster positive social interactions among students.

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or equivalent) are preferred but not essential.
