1st Line Engineer Responsibilities
- Responding to and resolving technical support queries efficiently
- Diagnosing software and hardware faults (for one role, hands-on hardware support is required)
- Assisting with system installations, configurations, and updates
- Escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
- Providing excellent customer service and clear technical guidance
1st Line Engineer Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an IT support role (1st line or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows environments and IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of networking principles and software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- (For hardware role) Experience with PC builds, repairs, and peripheral installations
