You will play a part in shaping the product roadmap generating new product ideas and seeing them come to life, while working alongside other departments and liaising with manufacturing teams to ensure products are produced to match design.
This role is step into management where you will mainly oversee junior design engineers. You will still have some design responsibilities but management will be the majority of your role.
