I am seeking an Executive Assistant who is exceptional and thrives in a busy work environment. The successful candidate will bring order to a dynamic and sometimes chaotic office, working closely with a leader who values credibility and efficiency. This is a part-time position with the need for a high-performing individual who can fit seamlessly into the team and manage tasks with precision and care.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the manager, ensuring a high level of service and organisation.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings with a focus on maximising time efficiency.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks effectively to prevent any issues from escalating.
  • Make informed decisions and manage responsibilities independently, ensuring smooth operations in the executive’s absence.
  • Coordinate with teams and facilitate face-to-face meetings to foster effective collaboration.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgement in all aspects of the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a high-performing Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong task-focused approach and ability to work proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff with credibility.
  • A personality that aligns with the executive and the company culture.
  • Confidence in decision-making and handling a variety of tasks simultaneously.
