Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge security solutions, specialising in CCTV and access control systems. With a dedicated team and innovative technology, they deliver reliable solutions across various industries.

This role is based at our clients office in Ringwood.

What we need from you:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a financial role
  • Solid understanding of financial statistics & accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ideally Xero)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • A practical problem-solver with a hands-on approach
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and great at time management

What youll be doing:
  • Managing accounts receivable & payables, handling queries via phone/email
  • Providing financial reports & insights to the Managing Director
  • Overseeing quarterly VAT returns & liaising with external accountants
  • Taking charge of end-to-end finance operations & financial analysis
  • Running balance sheet reconciliations & improving financial controls
  • Analysing costs, pricing & sales performance against business plans
  • Youll report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in the company's financial strategy.



Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE). Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week).
