Our client, a dynamic property management firm, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and to create value and maximise returns for their clients are continuously expanding of their portfolio and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Charge Accounts Manager to join their team.

For this Service Charge Accounts Manager, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and showcase your precision and expertise in financial management and make a meaningful impact on their operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Liaising with Property Managers regarding managing of client finance and leaseholder reporting requirements
  • Communicating with leaseholders regarding account-related matters and support PMs with reporting obligations
  • Conducting audits of accounts and compile year-end packages for the accountant
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with third-party accountants/auditors during year-end processes, the distribute of accounts to all relevant parties and dealing with any enquiries

Experience

  • Minimum qualification of AAT Level 3 or equivalent is essential
  • Experience of Blocks Online would be advantageous
