For this Service Charge Accounts Manager, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and showcase your precision and expertise in financial management and make a meaningful impact on their operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with Property Managers regarding managing of client finance and leaseholder reporting requirements
- Communicating with leaseholders regarding account-related matters and support PMs with reporting obligations
- Conducting audits of accounts and compile year-end packages for the accountant
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with third-party accountants/auditors during year-end processes, the distribute of accounts to all relevant parties and dealing with any enquiries
Experience
- Minimum qualification of AAT Level 3 or equivalent is essential
- Experience of Blocks Online would be advantageous
