I am recruiting for a Finishing Manager, for a residential project near Ringwood. This is long term, on going work
The ideal candidate wil have
- All tickets in date (CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid)
- Previous experiance working on volume, residential projects
- Trade background
- A can do attitude, not afraid to get stuck inwhen required
You will be expected to;
- Oversee all internal subcontractor operations, ensuring smooth progress and quality outcomes.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings and provide detailed reports to superiors.
- Manage onsite logistics to ensure efficient resource allocation and workflow.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across the site, adhering to regulations and best practices.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to meet project standards.
