We are seeking a skilledTechnical Production Designerto join Our Client's team, ensuring seamless delivery of technical drawing files from the concept stage to installation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical drawings usingAutoCADfor the manufacture and installation of bespoke commercial fitted furniture.
  • Collaborate with the design, workshop, and installation teams to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs.
  • Understand and incorporate manufacturing processes, materials, and installation methods into designs.
  • Work closely with the workshop to ensure designs meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist with the ordering of specialist materials as required for bespoke projects.
  • Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
  • Confidently liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.
  • Provide technical problem-solving support during the production and installation phases.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as aTechnical Designerin thefurniture industry, with a focus oncommercial fitted furniture.
  • Proficiency inAutoCADfor producing technical drawings for manufacture and installation.
  • Strong understanding of the processes involved in manufacturing furniture.
  • Experience in ordering materials and working closely with workshop teams to meet specifications.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from concept to final installation.
