Job Description

You will be the first point of contact when an enquiry comes in from a parent. You will see that contact through to the end, when hopefully the parent signs their student up to the school.

If you have a sales background, are a great people person and who is comfortable meeting and greeting parents from all backgrounds, showing them around the school, facilitating meetings with the Head and the SLT then this could be the ideal role for you.

They have procedures and processes in place for their admissions' paperwork, but there is a huge amount of compliance work also involved, including obtaining visas for oversees pupils. This requires a high level of attention to detail, as the paperwork must be absolutely 100% correct for both UK and foreign pupils.

This is a standalone role where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You will report into the School Business Manager.

There is the potential for a small amount of overseas travel in the future. There is also some occasional UK travel to conferences and trade events.

With a strategic marketing plan in place, they have weekly marketing meetings, which this role will oversee. If you have any marketing experience, then this would be greatly valued.

All applicants will have to complete an enhanced DBS check and thorough referencing prior to an offer.
