About the Role:

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, working alongside the class teacher to help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children in their learning and development through play-based activities.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons that promote creativity, social skills, and early academic development.
  • Providing 1:1 support to children who need extra help with their learning.
  • Assisting with classroom management, ensuring children are safe and engaged.
  • Supporting children with their emotional and social development.
  • Helping to monitor and track the progress of individual children.
About You:

We are looking for a passionate and caring individual who:

  • Has experience working with children in an early years or school setting (EYFS experience is desirable but not essential).
  • Is enthusiastic about fostering a love of learning in young children.
  • Has excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Holds relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent).
  • Is patient, creative, and committed to making a difference in children's lives.
