Your new roleYou will manage dynamic, single-day projects, including configuring and installing network hardware, setting up new users, delivering MS365 solutions, and overseeing data migrations. You will also serve as a point of escalation for any 3rd line customer service requests. What you'll need to succeed
- Effective communication skills at all levels within an organisation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
- The ability to influence others, set expectations, and plan and coordinate projects.
- A strong understanding of network technologies and the fundamentals of networking.
- Technical expertise in the full stack of Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, MS365, etc.).
- High-level and low-level solution design and implementation.
- Experience with Draytek (or similar) Unified Threat Management Systems and Firewalls.
- Experience with UniFi (or similar) Wireless access points and network switches.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols, routing, subnets, and VLANs.
