Project Manager Job in Ringwood - IT Sector
Salary & Benefits:
- £40 - 45,000 per annum

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setup and chair project board meetings, planning and running the kick-off meetings for IT infrastructure projects both internally for the business and also for customers
- Capture customers’ requirements at the start of a project via a work request form
- Complete all project documentation including the project tracking sheet with the project support team.
- Complete Statements of Work (SOW) review meetings with the customer and seek financial approval
- Undertake post implementation review meetings with the customer to review lessons learned
- Managing and reporting on project timelines and costs, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
- Ensuring project risks and issues are identified, managed and mitigation plans are implemented
Minimum Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of successfully managing IT infrastructure projects, full project lifecycle.
- Hold PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, PMP or equivalent qualification
- Able to manage relationships with customers, users, internal teams and third party organisations
