Onsite Education ICT Field Engineer - Hampshire - Salary 25k-30k DOE
Do you have 1st or 2nd line IT support experience? We are looking for motivated individuals to provide onsite support for a growing customer base of schools located across the south of the UK. A full driving license is required and a vehicle will be provided, to facilitate travel to and from customer sites.
The role will encompass providing onsite ICT support to busy educational establishments across the South West and South East of the UK, supported by our First and Third Line Teams.
Key Skills:
Previous experience in first or second line IT Support
Experience working with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Classroom
Excellent communication skills (telephone and face to face).
Good technical skills
Previous experience in first or second line IT Support
The ability to learn quickly
A self-starter who is comfortable working alone or within a team
A trust worthy individual who is not afraid to ask for help if needed.
Prepared to be flexible and open-minded about all aspects of the job
Driving license essential
Company Vehicle, Laptop and Tools supplied.
Monday - Friday - 8 hour shift
Salary 25k-30k DOE
