I am currently recruiting on behalf of a medium sized housing developer who is known for building a beautiful product. They have an exceptional reputation within the local market area and staff retention numbers are very strong. They now require a finishing foreman to join their team, starting from February2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great business who can offer a long-term career and progression.

You will be employed as a finishing foreman, permanent, with a site to be discussed upon starting. You will be expected to work Monday-Friday and some weekends when required. Your day-to-day responsibilities include Assisting the site manager with daily programmes, managing trades, creating programmes to get works completed on time, health and safety on site always, snagging, finishing, signing off completed works and general day to day on site management.

You must have previous experience within the same sector of works and job role, you must have a keen eye for detail, experienced at snagging, confident in managing trades and arranging daily programmes. They need somebody who is dynamic, proactive, reliable, and hard working. You must have at least SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid to be considered for the role. You will be expected to work well in a fast-paced environment ensuring project is on track and kept to budget.
