Our client, a well-established law firm, is recruiting a Legal Secretary to join their friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience, ideally within a law firm. Applications from candidates with secretarial experience in other sectors are also welcome. You will be supporting Fee Earners, dealing with enquiries & managing appointments.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for the department
- Dealing with emails, phone calls, enquiries and requests.
- Organising and maintaining diaries, arranging appointments.
- Writing letters on behalf of the Fee Earners.
- Organising and prepping Fee Earners for any meetings.
- Producing any documents, reports, correspondence etc. as required
- Producing invoices and reporting billed figures to the Fee Earners
- Ensuring client files are kept up to date
- Assistance / cover for other secretaries, as required

Required Experience:
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a legal environment
- Minimum GCSE qualifications or equivalent
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fast accurate typing
