I have the pleasure of representing a medium sizedhousing developer who pride themselves on quality of build. They have an exceptional reputation within the residential sector and have a well-respected name which they are continuing to build on. They have many new sites coming up within the next year, and are now planning for a new assistant site manager to join the team. This would be based near Ringwood, Hampshire, and many of their projects are within the Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire boundaries. This really is an exciting opportunity.

You will be employed as an assistant site manager on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. You will be based near Ringwood for your first site, and will be helping the existing site manager on site. Your day to day duties include: ordering and managing materials, assisting the site manager, managing trades, being proactive on site, inductions, customer care, CML's, handovers and maintaining a high standard of health and safety on site.

You must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications to be considered. You must be proactive, reliable, hardworking, driven, and have a professional and disciplined demeanour about you. You must uphold the excellent reputation expected on site of the business and have a hunger and desire to produce the best quality. They are looking for somebody with excellent communication skills, well organised, can manage trades with confidence and create long lasting working relationships to keep up the positive moral. They are looking for a team player, and somebody who can get the best out of the people around them. This will lead to future development plans for your career development with the business.
