Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000
TeamJobs is recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join a growing business in Ringwood. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and phone calls, assisting with operational inquiries.
Manage office administration, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
Ensure customer orders are dispatched on time.
Coordinate communication between departments.
Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation.
Provide customer service support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Support the Operations Management team with administrative tasks.
Monitor and manage office supplies.
Process returns, samples, and special orders.
Requirements:
Experience in office administration or customer service.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
