Operations Administrator
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000

TeamJobs is recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join a growing business in Ringwood. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls, assisting with operational inquiries.

  • Manage office administration, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.

  • Ensure customer orders are dispatched on time.

  • Coordinate communication between departments.

  • Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation.

  • Provide customer service support and resolve inquiries efficiently.

  • Support the Operations Management team with administrative tasks.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies.

  • Process returns, samples, and special orders.



Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration or customer service.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
