Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Relationships
  • Identify and nurture Centre partnership and recognise opportunities to support growth objectives and expand global market reach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Centres and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly communicate with Centres to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback for the purpose of improving products and services.
  • Track Centre interactions and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Marketing
  • Develop, implement and manage innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email and traditional platforms.
  • Oversee content development (blogs, social media posts, videos) ensuring these align with brand, vision and mission.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor market trends, analyse competitor activity and conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars and promotional activities to engage with Centres to raise brand awareness.
Quality Assurance and Third-Party Management
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of Centres’ processes and evidence.
  • Identify potential gaps in quality and work with Centres to develop strategies and procedures to address quality issues.
  • Manage third parties and service providers involved in marketing or Centre relations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of third-party performance to ensure they contribute effectively to business objectives, including proposing improvements when necessary.
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and proficiency with digital marketing tools, office (e.g., Microsoft office in particular excel, email marketing software).
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and improve Centre relations.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table and adapt marketing strategies to changing market demands.
  • Strong focus on quality control, ensuring all communications and interactions meet company standards.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure service excellence.
