• You'll play a key role in implementing and improving our maintenance processes, ensuring that all equipment meets industry standards and safety regulations.

What you'll need:

• A strong background in plant, agricultural machinery, or HGV engineering with experience in preventative maintenance and repairs.
• A solid understanding of mechanical systems and a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Experience in team supervision and a proven ability to motivate and guide others.
• A strong commitment to safe work practices and the ability to ensure the well-being of yourself and your team.
