Sonic Summary

We are seeking a permanent Service Technician for an engineering client based in Ringwood, specializing in Fire Protection equipment servicing.
The salary for this position ranges from £33k to £43k per year, depending on hours worked, with a typical workload exceeding 40 hours per week.
The role requires working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, and involves travel across the UK, including overnight stays with all expenses covered.
Candidates should possess electrical or mechanical experience, proficiency with hand tools and measuring equipment, and ideally have an engineering background.
A valid driving license is essential, with candidates needing to be over 25 years old for insurance purposes on the company van, and a willingness to travel and stay away for up to three nights is required.

We are recruiting for a permanent Service Technician for our engineering client in Ringwood

The company specialise in the supply and servicing of Fire Protection equipment in manufacturing sites across the UK

Salary:

£33k - £43k per year depending on hours worked

(40 plus hours per week x £16 per hour)

Hours:

Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Working across the UK so this will include overnight stays (all expenses paid)

As the role will visiting manufacturing and industrial sites across the UK this will be suited to someone who can stay away from home overnight

Key Skills:

Electrical / Mechanical experience
Use of Hand Tools and Measuring equipment
Servicing and Maintenance of equipment
Engineering background an advantage

Essential Requirements:

Driving License - Must be over 25 for insurance purposes on company van
Must be willing to travel across the UK and Ireland be happy to stay away for up to 3 nights on occasion (Usually between Monday and Thursday)
